Matt Dillon's best friend...."Hack Prine"

"Hack Prine" is one of several close friend's from Matt Dillon's past. Probably his best friend from the past. There are a few other episodes dealing with the friendships of Marshall Dillon, but this episode (included in this Volume 7, #116) is probably the most touching, well acted and written by John Meston, the creator of Gunsmoke and its' characters.
The Radio Archives staff deserves special attention for the excellent work they have done in the field of restoration relating to the Golden Age of Radio. When comparing these radio shows to other sources available for their purchase or even listening to on the Internet, none can compare to the exceptional restoration work completed by the technical staff at Radio Archives.
