Audio Clip

Radio Preservation has always been at the core of Radio Archives. This exciting series is derived from our massive collection of thirty thousand radio shows from 16" transcription discs and fifty thousand shows from low generation reels.

This 20 hour collection includes shows from the classic days of Radio. You'll find rare and obscure as well as mainstream radio shows from the 1930s, 1940s, and 1950s in the Radio Archives Treasures sets.

These shows have all been restored with state-of-the-art CEDAR technology - the audio processing system used by major recording companies to restore older recordings. We expect the shows to be the best sounding copies available anywhere.

Radio Archives Treasures are available as MP3 digital downloads or Audio CDs, restored to sparkling digital quality.

5 of 5 Gems from the Golden Age of Radio........ May 28, 2022
Reviewer: Richard McLeod from RIVERSIDE, CA United States
Each Volume of the Radio Archives Treasures brings forth new and exciting radio shows often not known or thought to be lost.  The variety is unending and such shows have been restored to an amazing clarity of sound and tonal quality by the Radio Archives staff is amazing.  This particular Volume has many shows that were new, enjoyable and quite interesting to me.  Presenting Charles Boyer is a pleasant surprise in this volume with well written stories starring this noted Hollywood Actor.  The music shows offered probably have not been heard since they were initially broadcast   I can't mention all of the radio shows on this Volume but can certainly recommend this or any of the other Radio Archives Treasures Sets.  I can certainly say they are each indeed "Treasures" from the days when radio was meant to entertain. Each volume is a welcome addition for any fan of radio shows from yesteryear.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
